How is your ordered processed:

Aapala Kiraana provides curbside pickup.. Once you place the order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Your order will be fulfilled within 24- 48 hours of receipt, and you will be informed that it is ready for pick-up. And when the order is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive a text/message from us for finalizing pickup location & time. 
The order can be picked up from the following Addresses with preferred time mentioned below:

Purchase at StoreUrban Chilli (North Phoenix) : 18425 N 19th Ave #110, Phoenix, AZ 85023 (SE Corner of 19th Ave & Union Hills). All our products are available on-shelf at Urban Chilli in North Phoenix.

Pickup LocationChandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa & Guadalupe : Walmart Parking Lot near US-60 & AZ-87 Intersection ( 240 W Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210 ) | Timings – For Feb, 6th & 20th (Sunday 11:30 AM – 11:45 AM MST)

Pickup LocationChandler & Gilbert South : Walmart Parking Lot near AZ-202 & AZ-87 Intersection (Near Patel Brothers) ( 1175 S Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85286 ) | Timings – For Feb 6th & 20th (Sunday 12:00 Noon – 12:15 AM MST)

1. Where can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order from our address located at

2. How long does it take to get the order to be ready for pickup?
  •  It usually takes 1 business day to get the order ready. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email and message informing you about your pick up date & time.
3. Can I buy additional items when I arrive for pick up?
  • Yes. Though we would prefer a pre-order, we understand that in some instances you might want to do an impromptu addition to the order. We request you to initiate a fresh order through the website to buy those additional items. There might be some extra wait time involved to get order ready.
4. Can I pick my order earlier than the scheduled pickup appointment?
  • You can send us an email/message/ call on the numbers provided on our website for assistance and we will be happy to help you..
5. Can I pick up my friend’s order in addition to my order?
  • Yes, you can. Please have your friend respond to our order pickup  email /text and have them inform us that you will pick it up.
6. I cannot keep my appointment for pickup. What should I do?
  • Please contact us /text us to reschedule your appointment for a new available date and time.
7. Do you have a delivery option?
  • Aapala Kiraana does not provide delivery options yet. We are working on it and will update you all on it soon.
8. Do you have point/group delivery?
  • The Aapalakiraana team is working on making group delivery / individual delivery options with a nominal delivery fee. If you are interested in placing group orders in any of the above areas, please reach out to us.
9. How do I get to know about new additions and stock updates?
  • We will update in announcements regarding the new products, stock updates, products on the sale and pre-order dates and their fulfilment dates. We will also send updates on our WhatsApp group Manorath-Aapala kiraana ( https://chat.whatsapp.com/J7p8YzM6a4xCrKNfXmwB2C ) .

Exchanges:

1. Do you offer exchanges for purchased products?
  • We sell high quality products. In the rare scenario where you find that the product is damaged, please contact us with the pictures of that product and batch number on the packaging. We will be happy to exchange it. If the product is out of stock and we are unable to exchange it in a reasonable time, we will issue you a store credit valid for 3 months.

1. Do you store my personal information?
  • Yes, we store your personal information such as First and Last Name, delivery address, email address and phone number for the purpose of order fulfillment. 
2. Do you sell my personal information?
  • No, we do not sell your personal information.
